The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation has secured $180,000 in Seed Funding from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the redevelopment of the former Wellington Arena site.

The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation (PECAHC) is pleased to announce that Dr. Mark Rodgers has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective January 26th, 2021.

At the October 19th, 2020, Peter Landry was appointed Board President for the Corporation. Peter replaces Treat Hull who stepped down as Board President as a result of his professional commitments, however, Treat will remain on the Board as a Director.

On July 22, 2020, the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020 (Bill 184), received Royal Assent.

The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation has appointed Chuck Dowdall as the corporation’s new executive director.
