NILES STREET WELLINGTON
The former Wellington Duke Dome site is near shovel-ready status. The PECAHC Board will be releasing an RFP for construction on that site in 2026.
DISRAELI STREET, PICTON
The Board of Directors has engaged a volumetric modular construction company to build 8 units of housing.
