The former Wellington Duke Dome site is continuing with its pre-construction work toward affordable housing that reflects our community's needs.

The Board of Directors has released an Expression of Interest through the Municipality seeking partners for the development of that site. Interested proponents are directed to The County's Bids and Tenders Portal.
