Currently the Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality, Adam Goheen assumed the role of Housing Director in January 2024, having joined the County of Prince Edward in July 2020 as the Director of Operational Services.   Mr. Goheen is currently the Vice-Chair of  Habitat for Humanity Prince Edward-Hastings which he joined in May of 2021 and  teaches as Professor, Skilled Trades & Apprenticeship at Loyalist College.

Affordable Housing Supervisor Elis Ziegler brings over thirty years of housing sector management experience to supporting the Corporation and managing The County's Housing Help Program and transitional housing facility, Leeward House, and supporting affordable rental housing supply in the Municipality.  Their previous experience in the housing sector includes program and policy design, system planning and sector-specific training for front-line staff in the homelessness and mental health sectors. Mx. Ziegler is the Chair of the Housing and Homelessness Action Team of the Community and Safety Well-Being Plan and the Prince Edward Inter-Services Group,and volunteers for the Milford Fair Board, DimeStories, and is Treasurer of Picton Community Gardens.
